Melo has shown me the power that lies in the culmination of ideas that come from the youth and experienced leaders. Diversity of opinion always leads to the breaking of new ground and Melo has given me the platform to think independently.
I never thought I would get to have discussions with business leaders like Kevin Sneader, and work with experienced individuals like Kenny and Arthur who helped guide our group during the 2022 fellowship.
Moreover, we have stuck together as a group over the years and this is what I value most about Melo. It has not been a one year fellowship but rather a journey with amazing people.
