Anushka shared with us that “work-from-home” should become a permanent part of the workplace, and work is ultimately a relationship-driven process so there should also be physical interactions. Before we "work from Mars", Darren led us to dive deeper and explore what kinds of working arrangements, office environment, work-life balance shall be the future of work. Followed by a panel discussion, moderated by our co-founder Kenny Lam. We also heard from CEOs, Bessie Lee and Eric Gnock Fah, and Melo Fellows, Karen, Eunice and Jacob. They had a heated debate over the 3 aspects.
